The cement basket is an isolation device used to prevent the cement slurry from subsiding due to the displacement of the drilling fluid during the cementing construction of the suspended sealing section. The cement basket is installed at the bottom of the suspended sealing section. It is used to support cement in the annular space, which can prevent or reduce the loss of cement slurry, and can protect the weak formation structure to prevent excessive static pressure generated by the weight of the cement column.
