The spiral cutter wing with Triangular Tooth boasts superior quality, effectively protecting the cutting teeth, enhancing the stability of the bit, and precisely controlling the cutting depth.

For example, in drilling through hard rock formations, the Triangular Tooth helps to absorb the impact and vibration, reducing the wear and tear on the cutting teeth and extending their lifespan. Additionally, the Shock Absorption Column helps to improve the stability of the bit, reduce the risk of deviation and stuck bits, and ensure the smooth progress of the drilling process.

Furthermore, the precise control of the cutting depth afforded by the Shock Absorption Column enables more accurate and efficient drilling, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Our drill bits are engineered with 10 Water Holes in the large channel, to effectively reduce mud pack and increase drilling speed.
